Amy Rosenblum-Martín
Independent curator Amy Rosenblum-Martín was MoMA PS1 Guest Assistant Curator of Dr. Nicole R. Fleetwood’s exhibition “Marking Time: Art in the Age of Mass Incarceration.” Formerly a staff curator at PAMM and The Bronx Museum, she has also worked for MoMA, the Guggenheim, The Met, MCA Chicago, The Hirshhorn, National Portrait Gallery (UK), MARCO (Mexico), Reina Sofía and MACBA (Spain), MALBA (Argentina), and Kunsthaus Bregenz (Austria) as well as MIT, NYU, and Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros. Her exhibition “Ana Mendieta: Thinking about Children’s Thinking” at the Sugar Hill Children’s Museum was an Artforum Critic’s Pick. Hyperallergic named her Adjani Okpu-Egbe exhibition at ISCP one of NYC’s Top 10 Exhibitions of 2021. Currently, she is curating the Bronx Museum’s survey “Swagger and Tenderness: The South Bronx Portraits by John Ahearn and Rigoberto Torres” and Brooklyn Public Library’s “Bibliobandido: Story Eater” by Marisa Morán Jahn that will become a Sundance film.
